ATG — Athletic Truth Group — started out working mostly with sports and fitness enthusiasts. Now people from all walks of life are trying to learn the exercises we use.
But in looking over my social media videos, I realized they’re not all clear to a beginner. So, I began a project to explain each ATG exercise… simply!
You’ll notice a slower pace (though still short videos) with greater attention to detail on the anatomy involved and the meanings of the terms used. Here are the three I got done this week:
On the other side of the coin, some of the most intense fitness enthusiasts like knowing the latest research and studies that relate to ATG. Brian Ziegler, certified ATG Coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy, has been assembling that data so you don’t have to!

Brian recently turned 43. To commemorate the occasion, he did 43 pullups and 43 ATG Split Squats with full range of motion! Thank you for your contributions and inspiration, Brian.
Brian works with clients in the San Francisco Bay area. You can e-mail him at BrianZ.firstname.lastname@example.org or find him as @The_ATG_Clinician on Instagram. In fact, you can find Brian and all other ATG Certified Coaches at atgmap.com.
I continued my weekly long-form video, this time covering “Knee Ability For Elbows.” This was by far the most-requested topic.
That’s all for this week. Hope you had a good one!
Yours in Solutions,
