The Purpose of This Article:
We have a new epidemic in the United States: knee replacement. 790,000 were done last year, and that number is estimated to rise to 3.5 million per year by 2030. The purpose of this article is to reverse engineer how this happens, so that we can prevent this epidemic from getting so much worse, as it is expected to.

1. It starts with your knee not being able to absorb the shocks of life, so your cartilage wears down, resulting in 2. arthritis, leading to 3. knee replacement.
THE PROBLEM
How do you know if you need a knee replacement? Well, Google tells us: “Your pain persists or recurs over time. Your knee aches during and after exercise. You’re no longer as mobile as you’d like to be.”
Hm… sounds just like I was, and like millions of others are! And given that 790,000 were done last year, and 3.5 million per year are predicted by 2030, it sounds like this is being expected in our future!
To be clear, having a surgery is NOT fun and games. For one thing, it is a very traumatic experience. You are drugged completely under, you have to hope the procedure goes well, and when it is done:
- It takes 6–12 months to fully recover from the surgery.
- Contrary to what a lot of people assume: YOUR KNEE DOES NOT BECOME BIONIC: you are still susceptible to pain, and you have to avoid using your knee strenuously, in order to prolong the shelf-life of the materials.
- The cost ranges from $35,000 to $57,000 depending on the hospital — altogether they cost patients and taxpayers $40 billion last year and obviously that number is expected to absolutely explode by 2030.
- Complications such as infections and blood clots often require another surgical procedure.
- And despite ALL this, 1 in 3 continue to have chronic pain!
THE SOLUTION
The more extreme the case, the more results I have seen from ROKP (Reverse Out Knee Pain), since it scientifically improves your knees’ shock absorption (thus reducing the wear and tear on your cartilage!) without stress.
ROKP is a category of exercise which ATG has innovated more than any other exercise system has to date.

Yep, the very people who profit on our knees suffering, are predicting their own incomes to skyrocket.
Have you ever seen a business project its income not to?
If they’re right, we lose over $100 billion in taxpayer money, and our elderly wind up with mobility suffering unlike anything we’ve ever seen.
If I’m right, we save those billions and our elderly can play with their grandkids.
Why would they put any energy on HELPING the problem, when that would reduce their income?
They wouldn’t. And they won’t. That’s not their job. That’s not what puts food on their table. So whose job is it?
…
It’s no one’s. That’s the problem.
To determine if you need the surgery, you consult the very person (the surgeon) who profits on doing it. Is a McDonald’s employee going to tell you not to order the Big Mac and Coke because it’s bad for you? NO — they aren’t.
And now you see why our culture has this gap where no one is RESPONSIBLE for our health, and thus health problemsskyrocket. It has to be someone’s STAT for us not to be suffering. But no one has that stat. No one takes that responsibility. Those who’ve learned Knee Ability can and ARE.
But because no one at the top of medical/government is PROFITING on our health, ONLY on our suffering, we get more…

Thing is, there are still some people out there, like myself, that actually CANNOT BE BOUGHT, because I wouldn’t trade the feeling of having healthy knees now, the feeling of being able to play basketball, the feeling of being able to dunk, and knowing I’ll still be able to dunk when my little baby grows up… for ANY amount of money.
So, on behalf of the Academy of The TRUTH About Knees, I am predicting those numbers to go DOWN — not up.
AND WE HAVE PRECEDENT…
Did you know that Chinese elderly are notorious for walking backwards?
Yep, they go out to fields and walk backwards. Hundreds have read my articles and reported back saying: “I lived in this one neighborhood and all these old people would be walking backwards and everyone thought they were crazy!”
Crazy?
I’ll tell you what’s crazy.
1 Chinese knee replacement for every 19 of ours.
So shouldn’t our elderly be walking backwards?!?!?!?!?!
OF COURSE THEY SHOULD.
But that means EVERY step they take: their KNEES WOULD GO OVER THEIR TOES, and millions in the medical field would have to admit they were wrong about knees over toes. More importantly: they would know their income was going to go DOWN as a result of the people not suffering.
So that will NEVER happen. The obvious advice will NOT come from the medical field because it’s not the right business decision for the medical field!
It’s up to the PEOPLE to do something about it. And we can, and we are. ATG is succeeding at helping knees like no group in history — statistically — and we’re just heating up!

BILLIONS OF PEOPLE OVER THOUSANDS OF YEARS.
The Chinese have been walking backwards since ancient times! Yet in the United States we have been ruthless to PREVENT any long-term study done on this.
A study did slip through, revealing that testing backwards walking ALONE could be an effective screening process for elderly! “Given theses findings, a clinician could quickly measure backward walking velocity… to screen those at-risk for falls.” Maritz CA, Silbernagel KG and Pohlig R. Again, it’s just too obvious that our elderly should be doing this, and that we should be getting proportionately STRONGER in these positions if we want to do MORE than just walk. But the system really does extend from top to bottom. Sure, you see me now with my superhuman knees, but at the very lowest levels, you can even use a partner for assistance and balance until you can walk backwards on your own.
CONCLUSION
You CAN do something about your knees:
The more demand you have on your knees = the more ABILITY you need in reverse of that demand, to withstand it, otherwise the demand could exceed what your muscles can handle, and wear down what’s inside your knee itself, such as cartilage.
